Bob Rickards

Varsity Boys and Girls Head Coach
Bob Rickards has been involved with soccer for over 30 years. This includes high school, some college and amateur leagues. Bob has 29 years of coaching experience which includes: recreation, competitive and adult men and women. His overall high school record is (471-236-80 (.598 %)), and was selected Bay Conference Coach of the year (2002), Fox River Valley Coach of the Year (2005-07,2009, 2015), Press Gazette All Area Coach of the Year (2005,07-09,2015) and Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Division 3 Girls Coach of the Year. He has been the Head Coach of Notre Dame Academy since 2005 where he has compiled an overall (390-153-72, (.634%)) record and a (86-28, (.754%)) record in post season play. Bob coached the Boys team to back to back state championships in 2007-08, a state final in 2012, and the girls to two state semi-finals in 2011 and 2015.

Bill VandeCastle

Asst. Boys Coach
Bill has been involved in soccer in the Green Bay area for the past 21 years as a coach, manager and club administrator.  He has served as an assistant Junior Varsity and Varsity Coach with the Notre Dame Academy Men's Program since 2000.  Bill holds a WYSA State "D" coaching license.

Nick Browne

Varsity Asst. Boys and Girls Coach
Nick Browne has been involved in soccer for over 25 years both as a player and a coach. His playing experience includes club, high school, and overseas tournaments. Nick currently holds the USSF "D" license. Prior to joining the NDA coaching staff, Nick coached for Green Bay Lightning. Nick has been coaching at Notre Dame Academy since the Spring of 2008. When Nick is not on the sidelines of NDA, you will find him spending time with his wife Arielle and daughter Lyla.

Ryan Birdsall

Junior Varsity Boys Head Coach
Ryan Birdsall has been involved with soccer for 23 years as a player, referee and as a coach.  These experiences include playing and coaching club, high school, some college and amateur leagues.  One of his highlights as a coach was coaching Louisburg College to the NJCAA National Title game as an assistant coach.  As a referee, he has refereed just about all levels, doing national level tournaments for youth and adults across the nation and is currently on track to become a National Official.  Ryan has been coaching at Notre Dame Academy since the Fall of 2016.
